Located just 25 miles southwest of Richmond, Avery's Branch Farms is a wonderful venue for your Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Reception, Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, Banquet / Dinner, Private Party, Corporate Event, Meeting, Conference, Convention, Class, or Retreat.
Prices start at $1000
50% of rental fee required to reserve the date.
The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the event along with $500 for a Damage Deposit.
All fees are non-refundable.
